Housing
We don’t just refer people to housing, we help build it, advocating for zoning change and strategic housing plans with the City of Vallejo while bringing partners and land together for permanent supportive housing projects. We don’t own or operate housing directly; we work as an operational partner alongside developers and funders.
Broad eligibility depending on the project, primarily low-income communities, people experiencing homelessness, youth from our Youth Centers, and BIPOC community members in areas with high need and historic disinvestment. Currently unhoused? You can still apply.
Where applicable, housing costs are calculated around 30% of a resident’s income, generally $200–$400/month depending on the individual situation.

Food & Gardens — Cherry Garden
Designed by youth, for youth, the Cherry Garden houses native plants and succulents and is working toward going off-grid with solar. It’s meant to be more than a garden, a place to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with your community.

A youth- and resident-run venture bringing locally grown, organic Cherry Garden produce to the Vallejo community with plans to sell at the downtown Farmer’s Market, Saturdays 9AM–2PM.
Seasonal urban agriculture workshops and community events including art workshops that have doubled as the starting point for city advocacy campaigns, like our push for a city air quality ordinance.
