How it Works
A one-on-one intake to understand your background, goals, and comfort level.
Weekly one-hour sessions building your resume, cover letter, and Indeed / LinkedIn presence. Expect a new job lead each week and a goal of 3 applications weekly.
Continued weekly check-ins reviewing interviews, applications, and tailored resumes; hybrid, by phone or in person.
After working with a WIOA Counselor for three months and showing consistent engagement, you become eligible for funded training.
We touch base quarterly for 12 months after you’re hired, tracking promotions and helping with anything that comes up.

Job Opportunities
After job-readiness work, participants are referred to the Workforce Development Board and matched to training based on their interests. Completion leads to certifications, not just a job lead.
Phlebotomist, Surgical Tech, and other assessed medical training paths.
Electrical, plumbing, and other skilled-trade apprenticeships.
Class A & Class B truck driving, endorsements, and fuel-hauling certifications.
Security guard licensing and education-track opportunities.
